Shipping policy
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Expect an email within that same timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!
In-Store Pickup
Any orders can be picked up at either of our locations. Pickup orders will typically be ready within a day. Sometimes we will need to ship items between our stores to make them available to you - these cases will require an extra business day. Please call us before placing your order if you need to know a more precise time.
You can pick up your order anytime during our normal business hours. An email will be sent to notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup! After we send that email, you will have 7 days to pick up your items. After 7 days, we may cancel your order and refund your payment.
Domestic Shipping
We are happy to ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping! Otherwise, we provide UPS ground shipping for a flat rate of $10. Shipping typically takes 1-5 business days, but delays are possible.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide international shipping at this time.
Returns and Exchanges
Please see our refund policy for more details, but a summary is provided here:
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. If the item is unworn and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount. We do not cover return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ames@moormanclothiers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
