Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, and have the tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return please email or stop in at whichever of our locations is the most convenient for you. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

Items mailed back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If there is an issue, please contact us immediately at ames@moormanclothiers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If we are at fault for the issue, we may provide return shipping.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Discounted items are only eligible for store credit.


Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, please stop in or contact us by email or phone! We will be more than happy to special order a new item for you if we don't have what you want on hand.

 

Refunds
For in-store returns, make sure to bring the original payment method with you.

For online returns, we will notify you if your return has been approved once we have received and inspected the product.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ames@moormanclothiers.com.
